Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases made on frissonfur.com, operated by Frisson International LLC (“FRISSON”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & pricing

• All prices are in US dollars. The price shown on the product page is the price charged — there are no additional processing fees at checkout. Shipping is complimentary; any import duties or taxes for international deliveries are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Furs and skins are natural materials: modest variation in tone, texture and marking between pieces is inherent to them and is not a defect.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders & payment

• Payment is taken in full at the time of order by payment card, processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with the processor and never touch our servers.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it with an order number. Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 2–3 business days; made-to-order pieces carry the lead time shown on the product page.
• Wholesale purchases through the buyer portal are governed by the trading terms agreed with your account manager (including the opening minimum, per-colorway minimums and deposit terms shown in the wholesale room), which prevail over these consumer terms.

Returns

Returns are accepted as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Authenticity & care

Every FRISSON piece ships with authentication papers. Follow the care guidance provided with your piece; damage arising from improper storage, cleaning or alteration by third parties is not covered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
