This policy describes how Frisson International LLC (“FRISSON”, “we”) handles personal information collected through frissonfur.com.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the items you purchase. We use this to fulfil your order, send order updates and provide client care.
• Payment information — card details are entered directly with our payment processor (CardPointe, a Fiserv company) and never touch our servers. We store only a payment reference and the last four digits of the card.
• Wholesale accounts — boutique name, contact details and order history, used to operate your buyer account.
• Our email list — if you join it, your email address, used only to send FRISSON news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and delivering orders, and sending order updates.
• Responding to enquiries and providing client care.
• Fraud prevention and payment verification.
• Legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record keeping.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: our payment processor, shipping carriers, our warehouse partner, our email provider, and the systems that host our website and order records. Each receives only what it needs for its role.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), by writing to sales@frissonfur.com.

Cookies

The site uses only functional storage: your shopping cart and, for wholesale buyers, your login session. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
