This policy describes how Frisson International LLC (“FRISSON”, “we”) handles personal information collected through frissonfur.com.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the items you purchase. We use this to fulfil your order, send order updates and provide client care.
• Payment information — card details are entered directly with our payment processor (CardPointe, a Fiserv company) and never touch our servers. We store only a payment reference and the last four digits of the card.
• Wholesale accounts — boutique name, contact details and order history, used to operate your buyer account.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and delivering orders, and sending order updates.
• Responding to enquiries and providing client care.
• Fraud prevention and payment verification.
• Legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record keeping.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: our payment processor, shipping carriers, our warehouse partner, and the systems that host our website and order records. Each receives only what it needs for its role.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), by writing to sales@frissonfur.com.

Cookies

The site uses only functional storage: your shopping cart and, for wholesale buyers, your login session. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
